The Baldini Library offers all users registered to the Library Network of Romagna and San Marino a free loan service of books, DVDs, audiobooks and periodicals (for the latter, only overdue issues). Book loan: max 3 for 31 days. DVD loan: max 3 for 7 days. Audiobook loan: max 3 for 31 days. Magazine and newspaper loan: max 3 for 14 days. On Discover you can check availability, book books, and extend loans (extension is 20 days if there are no reservations; DVDs are excluded).
In the event of delivery delays, the user is suspended from the loan service for one month. If material is lost or damaged, a fine shall be paid or a replacement copy purchased, by agreement with the library.
Inter-library and intersystem loan
The Baldini Library offers the possibility of borrowing material not present in the library, also from other libraries. The service involves a contribution for shipping costs of €5.00, payable in cash at the library or via PagoPA or bank transfer to the Municipal Treasury (Municipality of Santarcangelo di Romagna). The Intersistemico loan service between libraries of the Unione dei Comuni Valle del Marecchia (Santarcangelo, Villa Verucchio and Poggio Torriana) is FREE.
